I was suprised to know that we are the only ones that we know that dont have cable. Everyone else has basic cable atleast. I work a lot and go to school full time so my TV time is limited to begin with but even then I usually just listen to the radio and play on the internet or while Im doing homework or hanging out with the family. I probably average less than 5 hours of tv a week easily, more like 2-3 most weeks. I know some people who spend that much a DAY and on the weekends watch crap all day. Guess until I talked with some friends this weekend I didnt realize how large of a minority the wife and I are in. So am I the only one who doesnt watch much TV or are we just wierd?(go ahead and leave the smartass comment alone I know its implied

I feel sorry for our kid(s) , we don't watch much tv and don't play any video games. My xbox is used a as a dvd player occasionally and that's it. They're going to have to get their *** out and play like I had to, if I'm not stuck to the tv he sure isn't. I just feel like the world is passing me by while stuck watching tv but then again as a kid I didn't spend hardly any time inside either so I imagine that has a lot to do with it. I guess I enjoyed playing doctor and house a little too much with the neighborhood girls
