to get a refund from a sponsor (LS1Tech) for a damaged converter that was picked up 16 days ago by DHL? I was under the impression that I should have atleast heard something back from Fuddle by now... am I possibly being to impatient? (after waiting for my converter for 2+ months only to find out it was damaged)
I hate to say it but I think

I hate to say it...and rarely do but with all the bad rap Fuddle gets I'm surprised you went with him. Call his manufacturer, he only distributes, Cody has the number. Apparently the guy who makes them for Fuddle is a straight up guy.

Trust me man.. I wish I had done a little research about how there customer service actually is, I just figured everyone knocked there converters... not the way they actually do business
I have spoke with Howard, I didnt think he would really have anything to do with this though just cause I went through John as the distributor... I guess I can give him a call again

I hope you get resolution with this. I have read most all of the threads going back a couple of years and it seems like John always makes a showing after a while....keep on his ***, do you have a thread going over on Tech?
