OK, so I have thought about this for a long time, and it would be very expensive, and fairly useless, but oh so sweet. It would have to be ALOT if not ALL custom done.
1. Take the cab on one of the around 03 model s-10's that were crew cab
2. Take the bed off of a 04-05 model Long Bed s-10.
3. Run dual rear wheels on the back (dually)
4. Drom a fully built 6.0 or something of the sort, posibably turbo or SC
5. drop it to the ground
Get a bed like this

This cab

And a dually kit like this one

They still make s-10's in Brazil, they even make a dually and a turbo diesel, like this one, i cant find the duallies

You can get you some nice dually fenders from JC Whitney
I could think of alot better things to spend money on than a dually s10 though, even if its cleanly done and looks stock,it will still be goofy IMO

I was serious about the fenders from JC Whitney.
Theres a late 80's model extended cab dually Ranger in my town.Ive seen it around many times in the last 15 years and although its actually a good job that would make u think Ford actually made it,I still ask myself "what the hell were they thinking" every time I see it.
Theres a truck made out a older Lexus GS300 that a local radio station owns as well.Just because it can be done doesnt mean it should be!!
