I have the coated pacesetters and I've been happy with them so far! Decent improvement performance wise and they sound good. My engine bay seems to be the same as before with regard to engine bay heat.

2. How big of a shot would you run with the nitrous? Nitrous would be the biggest difference as a mild cam will give 30-35rwhp. Plan on using a bigger stall converter? Plan on tuning it?

Then I would suggest a Circle D 278mm 3000-3200 stall, Tune, and then a Comp 212/218, TR 220/220 or Comp 216/220 cam with that stall. All that along with the pacesetter longtubes. That would put you at your goal easily i would think maybe into the 300's at the rear wheels

If those in fact are the headers you're interested in, they will not work on your 4.8L. They're for a Gen II or older smallblock.
