I have to agree with you on this one, well the two signs are funny. The electronic one says "Silver alert look for white 2001" Then you have what looks like two guys hugging on the Magic bill board.

I think the main thing is the Tow but damn. that picture was snapped at just the right time.

 

both of those trucks are white and could very well be 2001s as well..lol

 

look like he bought the truck at an auction, I doubt it's broke.....recently had company decals removed.
