We had a nasty here in Lubbock a while back.

It literally went DARK when it came over...3 or 4 pm and it was pitch black!!!

i lived in arizona city for a few months while i was working on the union-pacific railroad project back in 2008..ive never seen anything like that. sandstorms are something us northerners probably wont witness in are life time.
