having the same problem . . with my truck dude.. ever since the cam swap . . im getting a leak.. i keep getting code P1174 . .I'VE Checked everything.. and could not find anything.. does it throw a code at WOT?

Lower the number, leaner it is. Once you get around the leak, the o2's should go to 0 or close to it.

Yeah, that's what I just said two hours ago! They'll go to 0, but that number isn't accurate to use for tuning!

Bust out the wideband!!

With the size of cam that he has IMO the wideband is useless at idle...

Decrease the Desired Airflow table, increased the idle areas on the MAF table, set the O2 switch points back to stock, increase the Startup Airflow Friction table, Decreased Startup Airflow Decay P/N and Gear, Increased Startup RPM Decay P/N and Gear, etc...
