Good to see one of the most entertaining members on the board is back! Are those shipping containers fastened down in any way or are they just plunked down there like building blocks? Also, if you've ever been to any of Vancouver's ports you've probably had freight craned off by my wife's uncles. They're all longshoremen. Welcome back dude, keep posting up in the projects gallery.

Hey Owen glad to be home!! Those boxes are held down by something called twist locks. There are a bunch of versions of them but this company uses fully automatic twist locks. They hold the boxes fairly well but most shipping companies add lashing bars to the first 2-3 stacks for additional strength.
