My mom has one that she's gonna let me take, so I got that part covered! I'm pretty excited to go...it's gonna be a long trip but hopefully a lot of fun too

Yeah we're going with a rafting company...gonna be on one of the bigger rafts that holds 6 people and a bunch of supplies. Here's the description of the trip from the company's website:

12 - DAY FULL CANYON ROWING EXPEDITION
Experience the Grand Canyon at a slower pace. You will have 12 wonderfully relaxing days to enjoy the river at its speed. Enjoy our state of the art rafts, with plenty of room for all the necessities. You begin at historic Lee's Ferry traveling through 188 miles of the Grand Canyon's majestic scenery and roaring whitewater. Along the way you will have plenty of time to explore hidden canyons and ancient Native American ruins. On your last day you will behold the canyon from above on your scenic helicopter ride to the rim.

For as much fun as your going to have you won't be thinking about the cost. Be safe, have fun and share pics when you get back.

My dad is actually treating it as a graduation gift since I just finished my master's program about a month ago
