I wish I knew other ways to help.. just try to Google the file name. There's a lot of resources from people that know stuff. I've had my share of random viruses and spyware junk and I usually just Google what it is and there's always help on geek forums out there. Sometimes it takes a few minutes, sometimes a few hours.

Start the PC up in safe mode, google the name of what is popping up. I just had a virus on my PC last week, fuked me up for 2 days , then after searching found a cure.. Check out bleepingcomputer.com Bad *** site, will more then likely have a FREE fix for you... And as you know do not agree with anything that pops up on your PC

How about some input from a computer guy that makes his living removing virus's?

Go to www.malwarebytes.org, download the free version and run it. See what that does for you and PM me!

Then there is the other option, pack the computer in a box and send it to my office.

malwarebytes should work... if not try MSE. I use it and love it.

Malwarebytes is it BUT this trojan wont allow you to access any web site or program IF you have clicked to open it at all. I got this off Facebook one time by clicking a link a friend had sent. It was actually his infected computer doing the sending.
Anyway, all you can do is keep closing it by hitting control/f4 and try to get the malwarebytes to download and run. If your computer is toasted a fresh install is the only resort unless you know how to remove it from the registry.

Note to all others: DL malwarebytes BEFORE your computer gets infected, then all you need to do is run it if attacked.

I really wish i was smart enough to send an invasive virus to the code writer of these things, it eally pisses me off like nothing else!
