oh yes especially in VA, illegal tint here is like an attraction for some reason

well im suppose to move to north carolina prolly if things dont change either in june or december. and i figure they will get on my *** for sure up there..

Right there is where you screwed up. I don't know about there, but in Oklahoma it is law that you must get over if an emergency vehicle is in the median with his lights on. Sounds like he was purposely seeing who was obeying the law.

I got hit for tint right outside fort payne on i59 for tint last year. He didnt say anything about the windshield though, and mine was .01% haha.

I did pass him doing 80 though...
