was the girl white? i doubt they will show a pic of her being a minor, but IMO it doesnt matter, no girl black/white/red/pokadot/ etc., should have to deal with this, especially at the age of 15, that girl is going to have some serious problems, i feel for her and her family

What are the laws in CA?

Not sure if this is classified under the Castle Doctrine, but if you just happend to be walking by and this is happening. Wouldnt you be able to take action?

Personally i dont know what i would do, that is just sick.

Just hope to goodness no one would ever have to go thru that.

 

^ being CA the laws are going to favor the criminals i mean they don't want their citizens to be able to defend themselves.

However, something like that..........i think you would have to be allowed to take action in a case like that. She was being raped and beaten? her life is in danger.....someone with a CCW should call the police, threatened them to stop, if they don't? Send them to hell!
