your telling me its alot , the motor and stuff is good, but 2 of the cables inside snapped, rust+fraying=snappage. The encoder motor is for the transfer case, yeah I know it will be probably below 1k Im just being conservative, probably 100 bucks per new rocker panel, plus 100-150 bucks labor per side Id say plus paint so 600-700, 1000 at the most Id say

 

CC, do u just need the regulator or reg. w/ motor. I have an old box next to me w/ #19120846 LH reg. & RH reg.#19120847. That's what I put on my bro's 02 Silvy. What happens is window gets stuck when it's cold out, & cables snap. I put some lube on various parts to help extend life too. I can take doors apart pretty quick, so it's easy for me.
