Default Funny stuff from another board

This has to the be aboslute best way to pass time... read people arguing which truck is better.. Guy starts thread with "6.2 in 09 Silverado"
well of course everybody starts talkin about "their buddy" and that mess.. but read this..

"Sorry but its not I know a guy with a custom tune done to his ECU and TCU my MHP out of louisiana with a single cab tundra 5.7 08. He is the only tundra out right now with tuning done on his tranny. This tuning is still in testing mode but its pretty much done and will be released to the public very soon the company is called MHP modernhorsepower. This tuning has way better gains then the only tuning out for the tundras that i know which is unichips (which suck on anything btw). Ive seen him race against a pretty modified denali and get waxed. The denali mods are exhaust, intake, headers and tune. The tundra's mods are tune, intake, headers, electric fans, and a 50 shot of nitrous. Im sorry to get your hopes up but a tuned tundra vs a tune 6.2 the tundra will loose everytime. O did i mention the tundra is a regualr cab and the denali is a 4 door.

If i remeber correctly the tundra ran a 12.9 and the denali ran a 12.3"

whoa, maybe a debate on quads would be less . I don't argue with people simply for that reason of "well my dad has this" BS. When ever I come across some retarded ford or dodge guy reading me manufacture numbers, It always goes something like this..."Hey, I'm a lil single cab that put down 250hp to the wheels on a dyno tune. I guess you shouldn't be too scared then. wanna race"

WTH, I cant even read that. The dude is smoking crack it appears. I got tongue lashed for calling the MHP dude a nut when he said the price for a tune would be $1700 on TS.com.

Ive yet to hear of a Tundra running in the 12s. It might happen with a big shot or a s/c'd one w/ some weight cutting and drag radials, but short of that I dont see it happening.

Also, to my knowledge the MHP guys havent even gotten any results back yet, their first dyno results on the 87 tune werent even posted cause they "didnt yield the results we'd hoped for". And I have yet to even hear about a Tundra with an electric fan.

I guess that guys friend is a first time for everything guy...

Went to the track friday night and found a guy there with a RCSB Tundra, 100 shot running 12.8 consistent. I am now planning on this mod and see if I can break 13.9 with my obese Crew Max.
