thats a shame they set the trial for a later date they always trying to screw the working man. I dont know about you but i cant get away from work to go take care of things like that id have to take a full day off for each appearance. They should dock the cop 2 days of your pay and give it to you if your found innocent. That is the reason a lot of people hate cops I dont know but I am pretty sure they have bigger issues in Caly besides driving 6 mph under the speed limit.
