you might want to look at the truck first hand to check for rust and everything and maybe see if you can tell where the waterline was on the vehicle. if theres not any rust or just maybe a little and the powertrain is good then id buy one.

the thing is that the inside of the truscks are dirty like when your truck is dirty. i think water got up to even the steering wheel on some

Once saltwater hits anything it's bad. I'm in the heavy equipment business and I can tell you not to touch anything that has been in salt. You will have to blast and paint the entire vehicle (probably with rust inhibitor). You'll also have to replace the entire wiring harness. They are toast with salt as it may look fine for a month 6 months or even a year but it will eventually rot through. IMO you need to steer clear.
