Does anyone have experience in growing a facebook page? Whether growing organically or by paid ads? I have a page for my new start up that is growing but not nearly as fast as Id like it to. Right now we have 180 likes on the facebook page.
There are a ton of groups out there that would be interested in my business but I'm not sure how to spread the word. Any ideas or experience would be appreciated!

I've never done it, but I see ads for people/businesses sponsoring ads on Face, I'm sure it's paid. They show up in my news feed because of target advertizing. I would look into doing that for a few months and see where it gets you.

Instead of advertising your business or page directly, advertise or just answer a question pertaining to what you sell. That type of thing is usually allowed since you're offering a solution to a problem or question, it just so happens you own the page you are referring to. It takes longer, but it's a better quality form of advertising. Even better is when you can get guys that have bought stuff from you to mention you in those groups and say how awesome you are and all that.
