Alright I went and tried to get some more pictures. I found that my camera exaggerates the brightness a bit, but at least you'll have some idea as to how the light pattern looks. If I would have stayed out there and let my eyes adjust to the darkness it may have looked more similar to the pictures.

I still haven't bought a new light since the TK35. I'm just afraid it wont be that much brighter and ill have wasted $150+ batteries for it.

I dont think I can justify expensing another 80+$ flashlight on the company account so no

My next one will most likely be a Catapult, but it will be a while. Im in the middle of putting midnight rider's old truck back together and its nickel and diming me to death along with the 4K check I just cut for our property taxes my piggy bank is empty for toys After Im done with the truck Ill probably pick up a Catapult and tk41 or tk35. I may go with the 35 just so I can use all the same batteries with my tk15.

The TK35 is very nice. Definitely put's out a lot of light, very useful. The throw isn't crazy like the TK70 or lights like that, but unless you absolutely need to see that far, the TK35 will do everything you could need it for. Not to mention it's very small for it's output.

Went out in the friggin cold wind tonight and walked out into a field to take some videos. These are pretty decent at showing their performance other than distance. The brightness is pretty close but the camera couldn't pick up the light when shined further away. Plus this field didn't have any trees to light up so the light scatters on the ground which makes it harder to see.

After recouping from some of my recent knife purchases I think I'm going to order one of these.

I have had a plain ol Streamlight Stinger LED for about 2years and it's been great and now I've got a charger mounted inside the toolbox on my work truck, works perfect. It's plenty bright for what I need.
