I can't belive someone is that stupid, and they on the interstate at that. Those are the kind of people that slow traffic the f*ck down because if they go more than 25mi/h the ***** is going to come off the top. They must have had to crawl through the window in order to get in, if you look at the window you can see where the tape goes inside the door.
