This is a Friendly Warning for all Members that download torrents please be Aware that the MPAA have released the new Movie "Ice Age 3" dvdrip not even out on a cam yet, now this torrent is a tracer torrent which means if you connect to download it for as little as probably 10 mins the MPAA will have your IP and details so they will come and bust you so if any of you see "ICE AGE 3" dvdrip on any open site ignore it and don't get it as it is a tracer, if you see it on a private site make sure it has been downloaded in full and check the comments b4 downloading, open sites include mininova, btjunkie, sumo torrent etc.

That is very true. I use torrents and I"ve gotten a Ceise and Desist order with the name of the movie I downloaded. That's been several years ago though.

Gotta be careful.

 

I use uTorrent to download and http://www.isohunt.com to search for torrents. Isohunt combines the trackers from other torrent searches to give a more complete list, and it has user ratings and comments so you can see if it is a legit file.

i wont say much for what i do as a hobby on the side, but there is simulators that will detect certain things, basically to make sure its safe, just becarefull when downloading, the music industry and movie industry is tighting up on this hacking stuff !!!

I use uTorrent and TPB, but I usually only download songs/albums I have already owned, but have lost. I owned the entire Nirvana collection and RHCP collections but they have been lost. Anyone comes knocking on my door they gotta find my ehdd and use that...except it has rocket launchers and proximity detectors all over it :shiftyeyes:
