WOW!, this is awesome, a duramax can be swapped into virtually anything and it only takes hand tools!

im sure some of you remember the thread on the one pimpmyride car that was nice, a 63 impala with a dmax swapped in and runnin on biodiesel.

it just ****** boggles me how gullible and ignorant some people are. if it sounds too good to be true it usually is. like a motor swap, much less a gas to diesel motor swap, is a hand tools only job.


oh, and i almost forgot, they were claiming that he completely got rid of the "diesel rattle" by runnin biodiesel and it no longer "knocks and pings"

Wait...i thought the thread was about a tornado. Now i get it. That simple motor swap i did from 5.3 to 6.0 can't be harder than a diesel swap right?
I must need to take a basica handtool class 101 or something....

 

I was only getting 52 mpg on my scooter, top speed of 51.3096, 21hp. I threw a bad *** 7/8 wrench at it and banged the fukking crankcase with a 22 oz ballpeen hammer and I picked up 19hp and it now gets 82mpg and tops out just over 77 mph. Best part is I did it without any professional help...

If you guys didnt spend as much time crying and pissing and moaning about stuff you could do it too..... Take me for example, what they are talking about it simple and today when I get a spare 30minutes or so I am going to do the diesel swap to my truck. I mean hey, I heard it could be done on the news so it must be true. So damnit I got my screwdriver and my hammer ready and I am going to make this happen, oh **** almost forgot the duct tape.
