I agree with the OP. When I first joined this site I was one of the handful with a turbo, most had a maggie or were strong N/A runners. Now most people have one which I think is awesome. If anything blame it on KB and Trick for making affordable kits. Before then there wasn't anyone but STS and custom built kits.

there are still a few of us holding out. i have a pretty nice nitrous kit (two actually) and im stuck playing with the truck N/A. nitrous numbers just dont sound as appealing to me.

I'm sticking to NA on my truck, a FI setup has always tempted me, but it's way more satisfying to me when you're beating ricers, and all they can do is complain that you're supercharged, or turbocharged, and when you pop the hood, it looks nearly bone stock.

my truck will be N/A for life, just needs a rear end and new(bigger) engine. my 5.3 is at 180K miles and still running strong.
