I removed the roof rack on my wife's Yukon and there are some holes left. http://www.empiremotorsports.com/car...&ProductID=458 these are made but I don't like them. They are a little too blingy so I would like either 6 thin smooth pieces or just 2 thin smooth pieces from the front holes to the back holes on the roof. I can provide measurements. I would like the front to taper like a bullet or have a bullet shaped tip. Please someone help I need something soon otherwise I will have to pull the interior to have the holes welded and what-not. The pieces don't need holes so they can be screwed down but if ever there was a need to removed the plates and put the roof rack back on some holes and smooth recessed bolts would be a nice touch

not exactly sure what your working with seeing as i dont own a yukon. but couldnt you just get some allen key plugs that will screw into the mounting holes.
my buddy had a 01 blazer and he took the roof rack off. he went to the hardware and got an allen key bolt plug thingy that was the same thread. he put some teflon tape on them and put them in. couldnt really tell.
