Used to do it years ago. I could never build a kit box stock either. I had 2 1965 Impala's at one time and I always like the A/FX cars so I thought it would be cool to build an A/FX Impala.

Mine from about 25 years ago (when I was a teen) and have sat & collected dust since then.....

Pro Street '67 Chevelle SS396




The Soff Seal '57s glue has obviously taken the biggest hurt over the years & allowed some of the parts to come apart.







And from when I was employed as a CNC mahine operator....The CNC'd T56 aluminum body & wheel with bearings for the wheel hubs, tires machined from delrin 3rd gen Camaro I made to run "pinewood" derby with. Yes it is very basic shape but I had to fit it within the class "rules".
