Default do you use a fuel additive?

I have used Lucas injector cleaner in the past on my firebird. Do you guys run products like 104 octane boost or the like, or do you think they are a waste?

Coming from someone that sells that BS everyday, it doesn't do ****.

It might help if you use really crappy gas or get some junk in your tank, but if the thing is running good, don't bother wasting your money.

That's the answer right there. The baskets get filled with crap and no liquid is going clear it up. Cheaper to rebuild the injectors than to go with one of those $200 "cleanings" many shops like to do.

I do.
One of the smartest guys I know who also is one of the country's best tuners told me about this product and I scoffed but he was adamant...so i have been using it since I installed the supercharger 35K miles ago.

You tell me if it doesn't work or not, don't care, I know it isn't hurting my performance

I put a can of Chevron Techron in my tank every so often, or a can of BG44K when I get it free from work.
