Default Did anyone watch trucks today?? 3 valve ls motors?

On trucks today they were talking about gen III and gen IV ls motors. The show was a re run so may have seen it before he said the Gen IV s some came with 3 valves per cylinder and vvt on top of that that would allow valves to open at different times. and they run off of 90psi of fuel pressure. Where do they get their info from. lol

I caught that too. I was thinking it was some sort of high performance low production engine for some Vette or something. I never looked into it though. Lol

Purpose would be for much better flow, never heard of this for the LS motor though.
