I'd have 30 fuggin' kids before I did some **** like that! FYI, my brother-n-law recommends using frozen peas to ice down your sac. He said it worked great for him as the bag still remains flexible enough to cover your nuts, and they stay frozen for awhile.

I wouldn't bet on that. It has less to do with technology and more to do with the healing process and the scarring involved. I would not put much stock in the reversals.
