YEAH GUYS IT TOOK THE ABUSE LIKE A CHAMP. I WOULD THOUGHT IT WOULD'VE BEEN A SPRING FAILURE, OR THE RING AROUND MY PISTON THAT CAME APART BUT IT WAS VALVE THAT DROPPED.
IM NOT SURE ON MY PLANS YET CAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE IT JUST A PISTON I HAVE TO REPLACE BUT I WILL REMOVE THE BLOCK TO HAVE IT CHECKED AND MAKE SURE. MONEY IS TIGHT RIGHT NOW SO I MIGHT CHECK TO SEE IF I FIND ME A STOCK BLOCK 6.1L IF NOT THE 5.7L GOING BACK IN

Damn I say go for that 6.1 short block. I'm VERY curious to see how that would compare to how the 6.0's we run in our trucks. Your truck runs strong as it was! Oh and you should fly-cut the pistons on your new short block when you get one so you can run something like a mid 23x cam and spin 'er to at least 7k! Oh and get that stall re-stalled to 4k! Then you'd be settin some new records that anyone would have a hard time beating!
