Daytona 500
Anyone else going to watch the big race today? I have been watching the pre shows today while I watch my smoker chug away in the rain!
Hopefully my smoked ham turns out well and puts me into a little bit of a food coma. Plan is to watch the beginning of the race, take a nap for a while and then get up to watch the end. I love nascar Sundays!

me too. daytona is awesome, due to the fact that its the first race and super speedway. i'm sitting on the sofa and not gonna get up till the race is over (well except to go get more beer)
im not a big jr. fan, but i would like to see him win on the 10th anniversary of dale's crash

Yeah I just realized a little bit ago that its been 10 yrs since his death. They showed the crash again today and I still can't believe it claimed his life. It really did not look that bad. RIP Dale SR.
