What plate are you trying to get? I havent seen those rules and know quite a few people with custom plates that didnt have to use those rules.

Well the dmv dosent handle the custom plates anymore .. its a website called myplates.com .. I CAN get 6 or7 letters but its about 500 for 5 years instead of 220 ..
