Got a new toy for Christmas. A NAS Drive. Going through all my old files and getting them on it as its a redundant backup system. Anyway came across some old pictures figured I'd share.
My old '72 GTO. Had it for about 10 years. Built something like 5 engines for it.

The last engine I built for it. A 1972 455 HO.

Had a '70 RAIV in it at one time. Don't know how many Pontiac buffs out there but this is a rare engine.

Me on my 8? Yamaha YZ 490. Ever ridden a big bore 2 stroke? Had a CR500 after this.

Post up old pictures of your rides!

Here is my first hot rod project, 1972 Chevrolet Cheyenne Super 383/700R4/3.73s. I had it from high school until April (4 days before my birthday) of 2006 when it was stolen for the second time and never recovered. I miss the hell out of that truck and have a short bed in the yard that will eventually be restored like this one.

First actual fast car, 1982 Camaro sport coupe. Started life as a 4 cylinder/4 speed, drove it like that until I ripped the shifter out of the transmission over shifting. Went to a 305/700R4 with a TPI set up from a wrecked 85 IROC (before I learned about the internet, should have found thirdgen.org before I did all that crap). Eventually ended up with the 383, Superrammed and then carbureted, out of the Cheyenne after the first time the truck was stolen and ran low 11s juiced.

Here it is the day I sold it in October.

This is mine and my dad's long term project, he bought it when I was 14. We've done floor pans, body work, interior restoration, complete trans overhaul and rebuilt the original 283 with monojet Rochester carb. It still sit's at his house, he drives it maybe 3 times a year.

This car I miss, I parted it out to pay off my ex's truck so she could go back to school, find a new guy, and leave me... that was fun.... Anyways, it was a 91 RS with a carbed Vortec 350 and a beat up T5. The thing was pretty ruogh, but it was the first fast car with a manual transmission I ever had and got me hooked, even though it got put in a couple of ditches.

This truck is definitely one of my favorites. 1992 S10 with a 4.3/4L60 and over 270k miles. It was my dd for several years before I got my Sierra and my little sister still drives it while she's at LSU in Baton Rouge. The damn thing just won't quit. It's running around the campus of LSU on ZQ8 wheels currently with a 19 year old honor student behind the wheel.

This is my Lexus I bought thinking I could turn myself into something I'm not.... a normal person with a nice, stock, OEM vehicle.... it was bought and sold within a few months.

I do miss the suede heated seats though... they were pimp.

I'm sure y'all are getting tired of all this... I've had many more cars, but I'll move on to my current project... This is my latest turdgen (I've had 15 or so), getting bodywork and paint done as we speak. G92 car with a 5.7/auto/3.23 posi set up, great cruiser and goes high 13s until the 230k mile engine lets go (hopefully not too soon, I'm broke) and I do an LSx/T56 to it.

Here is my first ride from way back in the day(1 year ago lol)

And i still have this one, not sure what im going to do with it. it just patiently waits in my freinds side yard until i have the money or time to deal with it. Its a 1963 falcon 4dr, it runs and drives, every once and a while i drive it around the block
