Having worked for Lowe's for almost 3 years now I can say that our store had to send someone out to a customers home to inspect a similar situation. After looking everything over they determined the floor was installed properly. Furthermore they determined that in our region the slabs are not suited to be coated and will not accept the product correctly. We ended up paying to remove the products and gave a full refund to the customer. if this is the Valspar product or even the quikrete product I would talk to the Store manager at your location and see what they can do for you.
