ya they used 6 speeds for at least 5 years i know of . i work at dodge now what came to a surprise to me was when i got in a dakatoa and it was a 6 speed . that was werd . too bad its only on the v6 lol .

 

So what kind of fuel mileage you getting? Looks good; I've always liked Dodges with a Cummins.

Ive gotten as high as 24mpg while doing 45 through a long *** construction zone, 18 doin 70 on the interstate, and 15 around town. I am very pleased. (this is all off the over head console)


I think its just the way the wheel is turned.

my friends dad got a 06 CCSB 4x4 Cummins w/6sp manual.. what gears u got in that one? this guy has something like 4.6x~ i cant remember but i know it runs out of rpms at 95 in 6th. but in 1st gear 4LO that thing will CREAP!!
and the turbos on it is really quiet. our company F-350's they will almost drown out the radio...

I wanna say it has 3.73's in it, at about 70mph its sitting at 2300rpm, Im thinking about going with 3.55's or just upping it to a 33" tire. Have yet to use 4lo, and I wish the turbo was a little louder, but after having a flowmaster, too quiet is a good thing.

 

sales guy at work put a superchips on his and now its whistle real loud , that and a k and n intake . you can diff hear his spooling

 

Im still debating on my first mod, prolly gonna be a volant CAI, or a set of guages. But I will have a base line dyno before any thing goes on.
