Default cell phone numbers help

trying to help my friend out. He get these random numbers calling his cell phone about 5-6 times a day. They are all like 00000000000 or 1000000000. he put his number on the do not call list also and still gets them. Anybody have a clue where they could be coming from?

The government and Obama

I have no idea, that seems very strange I would reccomend doing a master reset on the phone. Not sure what else would help...try contacting the service provider

well the number actually just called again. He has tried to answer and nobody ever talks. This time though they left a voicemail and its a foreigner guy and he asks for a "billy osbourne" and can't tell what bank but he says hes from some bank and to call him back.

Weird as ****. Oh and no billy osbourne is not my friends name.

That's a good one. I use to work for this guy that would get calls for office furniture every month. One day I answered the phone and told the gentleman that Jim had died fishing for sharks in Florida. He asked if anyone was available for him to talk to? I replied that the whole shop was out looking for the shark that ate him. He asked why? I said because our last months payroll was in his pocket when the shark ate him. Never called again. Vince

Calling 5555555555 using callerid 0000000000. <= This would call your phone with 0000000000
