discuss....
While I believe she is guilty, the prosecution sucked. There was no concrete evidence for the murder, which is what she was being charged with. Whether she did it or not, the prosecution didnt have a good enough case with enough concrete evidence to convict.
There was a lot of incriminating evidence presented, but once the defense presented reasonable doubt, the prosecution would basically throw that evidence away and try another angle of attack. For example, the defense showed that the air molecules indicating decomposition of a body within Anthony's car could not be duplicated. The prosecution had nothing solid to counterargue, and therefore proved the defense was right on that point. Basically what I'm saying is, the prosecution was never consistent and tried to sway the jury through humiliating Anthony as a person, which I consider to be an abuse of the justice system. It's one thing to commit a crime, but it's another thing to abuse the justice system to get what you want. The verdict of the case was that Anthony will be charged for lying to investigators, which is pretty much the only thing the prosecution proved.
When the prosecution was failing it turned into an emotion attack and was all about humility.
Will she get what's coming to her, yes in due time. Was the outcome of the trial concluded correctly BY THE LAW, yes. Guilty or not, the prosecution didn't have the case they needed to convict.

I have no doubt in my mind that she commited the crime. But like you said charcol, the jury has togo by the facts. Its like that quote from law abiding citzens. "Its not what you know, its what you can prove in court".
Ohh and she's going to rott in hell fo what she di, I'm just sayin haha

I watched the closing arguments sunday for some reason lol but when the defense got to speak it was game over really...
1- The whole family had told lies before and after the fact..
2- The whole dead body smell was smelt by some and not by others..
3- There were a series of events that happened that would suggest that dad knew about it the whole time..
4- She pretty much admitted to using chloroform as a way to get her to pass out so it was easier to take care of her..
5- The only solid evidence they had were the duct tape and clothes basket..
My opinion is this- Yeah this chick is a piece of trash for partying after she was dead but i dont think she ment to kill her..
I think the chloroform gig backfired and she died.. So instead of calling for help she called daddy..
I think dad hide the body then dumped it in the swamp sometime later...
She should still be going to jail for a long time IMHO..
