Ha! I bought an older version of that last year for my dad as a joke for his birthday.
Has earbuds and small receiver that you pretty much have to point towards whatever you want to hear. It actually worked kinda decent. Pointed it at a lady talking on her cell in her car (windows up) and could hear everything she said.
