Damn good results man!
You are at where I hope to be.
I'm 6'0" and I need to gain a little more muscle. I have no interest in gaining too much. I'm creeping up on middle age and don't want to be the guy with a fake tan, hairy chest and tight shirts that screams "goober" when you see them.

Haha there are days I'll lose 3 pounds of water during a workout, no lie.

Yeah, your muscles are craving fluids when working out. I do the same thing.
I plan on extreme cut backs the 2 days before weigh in, going in dehidrated and first thing in the morning. Considering throwing in some laxitives for extra measure.

You have a good athletic look to you mark, but I don't see how you weigh 205lbs. Judging by the pic I would say 175lbs.

Creatine might make you retain more water (more weight), particularly the monohydrate varities. But as far as muscles go, it does make a difference. I really like Cellmass from BSN. This a different form of creatine (more endurance based). I use NO Xplode as a pre-workout supplement. It's kinda like adderall for working out.

When I'm trying to trim it up with a fat burner, I have used Xenadrine RFA-X with good results. Supplements get expensive quick though.

I don't sell and have nothing to gain from any of these companies BTW. I'm 5'11" 175lbs and just sharing what works for me. The NO Xplode and Xenadrine might make your heart race... Some people don't like that.
ok im about to explain a couple of things and i dont want you too take it personal or to think that i am bashing on you I AM NOT im just trying to help.
im a amateur bodybuilder and ive talked to professional nutrionists and trainers and from what they tell me , most supplements are junk.

what people need to understand is that all these supplements should be taken as SUPPLEMENTS, you see your body already makes creatine , your body already makes protein, your body already makes steriods.

NOxplode is pure junk dude, its nothing but caffine and it has TOO much creatine, creatine should only be taken in a monohydrate form and only about a teaspoon mixed into a cup of orange juice or some kind of juice.

if your taking your protein based on what the bottle says you might as well be dumping your money down the trash, you need to count your calories and calculate how many grams of protein you should be intaking a day depending on weight goals (either gaining or loosing)

the myth about light weight and heavy weight.

ok if you guys think that lifting heavy makes you bigger and lifting light gets you cut, that is not true.

1. your diet gets you your cuts= lifting light and doing alot of reps does nothing for you but exhaust your muscles if your doing more than 10 reps then thats considered cardio and not weight lifting, YES doing more reps of lighter weight burns more calories and thus making you look "cut" but the question is will your muscles grow??? no they will grow alot slower then if you were to lift heavy, when you lift heavy you help increase mass , mass is good you build size by dieting you loose weight thus showing off that mass in "cuts" as most like to call it.

2. heavy weight is the correct way to lift- heavy is good not too heavy but heavy enough to where you can do at least 8 reps and you keep increasing as you go along.

what you want is to build mass, then you want to loose the fat around that mass revealing all that solid tissue called muscle.

there is two stages of bodybuilding and by bodybuilding i dont mean a Mr.Olympia competitor, bodybuilding is a hobby and can be done by anyone who wants to shape and sculpt their body how every they want it from mild to wild.

the first stage is the bulking stage this goes for the skinny guys out there, bulking means increasing the amount of calories you take in daily depending on weight goals, for this you need a calorie calculator , you calculate the amount of calories you already take in and you set the time you want to gain the weight by and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to achieve your goal, ok now once you have gained that mass remember you are lifting heavy and gaining weight, your going to look a bit chubby but your mass is going to be awsome lets say you started at 150 by bulking you went up to 185 then you start the second stage which is shredding - this means shredding off the excess fat from your bulking stage, ok back to my example lets say you went from 150 to 185 ok so now you start shredding you reduce the calorie intake with the calorie calculator and set the time and it will tell you how much to cut, so once you are done you end up at 170 so in the end of these two stages you have gained 35lbs of mass about 16 or so lbs are fat and you lost 15 so now you are 20lbs heavier of almost pure muscle.
if you or anyone has any questions feel free to ask

im 6'0 @ 330lbs i look like im at 250 though my arms are at 21 inches , my goal is to go down to 270lbs im starting my shredding stage but dam its so hard

Yeah, considering me being 2" taller and where I'm at now i'd say he was 185-190. Damn muscle is dense! Just shows how far I need to go.

Haha I don't blame you man.

Just took this after eating and drinking half a gallon of water so it's a bit high, but

Well I'm a bit out of proportion compared to most mostly because of this.
