I'll get in on this.....been working out solid for 8 months now.....started WestPac @ 226lbs, came home @ 195lbs late November, got down to 185lbs doing light weight movements and alot of cardio (everyday, no days off) In fact, I still don't take any days off and sometimes workout 2x a day. Started lifting heavier in December and am up to 204 lbs pretty solid. So now with PRT around the corner I'm going to try and cut down to 175lbs.
My strength right now is pretty decent, not what it used to be, but good enough for now.

Tonight was chest night and my final lift on Barbell Flat bench press was 275lbs x 16reps
and my final lift on incline dumbell press I did the 100lbers for 26 reps. Not to bad for an old fart!

I've been down with the flu for 10 days but got back to the gym the last two nights. I'm a freaking lightweight compared to bowser above ^^ but I biked 11 miles and kept my HR over 130 for 30 minutes last night, did 90 crunches with ~125lbs and some back excersizes. Not going for the super buff thing, just want to lean down a bit

thanks bro! I was just kidding around with you in the other thread, your built like a tank!

being older in age I like to get a solid 20reps before I move up in weight. At my peak (when I was 30yrs old) I was doing 315lbs on the barbell flat bench press for 20-25reps (depending on where I was in my training). I went up to 365lbs and was repping that for 8-10reps; then I hit the brakes and took a 7 year break! doh!

Weigh in last week was 219. I've lost 28 lbs. Final weigh in is this week for the competition. trying to cut way back this week for a final cut. I still need to loose 10 lbs or so though. It is amazing how you gain fat all over and loose it the same way. For a few weeks I was dropping weight but my gut didn't look much different. Waiting on loose skin to tighten sucks.

ive impressed myself with my weight fluctuations. I once gained over two pounds in the weight room from water consumption, doh.

On the final weigh in, I would go in there a bit thirsty
