take it to court... show them information that your truck is only capable of 98mph

I wonder if you could really pull that off?

Like speed going a certain speed then when you take it to the court have your 98mph speed limiter enabled..

I got pulled over doing 110-120ish and the cop was yelling at me (three of them) and I told them its impossible to go over 98 even though I knew just DAYS prior I had it tuned and that was removed.. they let me go not long after that.

Hell, just get someone to get you a custom tune with hptuners and set it at 70mph and show them.

Damn, you guys have some cool cops where you live. In AZ they'll throw your *** in jail and impound your vehicle for 25-30 over. No questions asked. Get out of the truck and put your hands behind your head!

From what I hear. Anything over 100 is supposed to be instant impound and jail time. But hey cops are people to. I got stopped for 76 in a 55 and he wrote me a ticket for 65 so that i wouldn't lose any points.

I'd take your shop receipt to court and show them the limiter is enabled and they'll most likely throw it out and you just have to pay a court fee. Which i think is stupid because if it was the cops mistake, why should we have to pay a fee?
