Huge snow storm tonight, was bored at home sitting around doing nothing and a girl I like ALOT calls me and wants to hang out if I didnt think the weather was to bad. It would have had to been alot worse then it was to stop me from going to see her, anyways I said Ill try to get there. Anyways all was going well after about 8 kms, was driving down a somewhat plowed road, and all of a sudden truck got pulled towards the right and I seen a fire hydrant sticking out of the snow bank. did everything I could to avoid it....well it just barely caught the passenger side of my front bumper.... SS bumper exploded, chrome bumper underneath got a very small dent. Pissed off I texted her and said the roads were to shitty, went home with my tail between my legs. Eventually got home and got the ol broken ss bumper and the brackets off and into the garage, brackets and air ducts were in mint shape still so I just need the new cover, then to make things worse the flipping power goes out! for about 3 hours, during that time I was texting her and my phone went dead. A start to a very good night ended up being very bad....at least I can get a new cover for 200 bucks plus paint...sorry bout the rant

 

well dont feel to bad watch my brother drive his gto into the mailbox when he got to my house today dented the hood and messed up the bumper he was pritty pissed

blazer isnt inspected at the moment, and I broke the passenger side u joint thats why I didnt take it. The silverado is a 4x4 and I had it in 4 high but it still didnt help, when I mean it was slick here it was like a friggin skating rink in that one spot. And I thought of the car charger about 20 minutes before the power came back on. I get stuff from a local body parts supplier at cost, 208 bucks to be exact for that bumper haha, thats why Im not to upset about it, just the overall night sucked. 400 bucks or so and the truck SHOULD be back to normal... also broke my head light bucket, signal light wont stay in place grr
