I knew a machinist/custom bike builder who designed and built offset cylinders and ever built a "V3" that had the first cylinder jutting forward but that is beautiful! I would suspect that the rear cylinders would overheat. I doubt very much that that engine would have enough airflow to run for more than a few minutes but 1100hp would be seriously awesome.
