Default this is the big one...wish me luck

starting 8 am tomorrow I take the first part of the us medical licensing exam. 7 hours and 336 questions I believe. I've never been more prepared for a test before, but I can't get too overconfident, just gotta go in there and perform. I've studied for 52 days straight all day everyday. Only "fun" time has been logging on here every now and then. I did roughly 4,600 practice questions including 3 4 hour practice tests. I also listened to 123 hours of board prep audio lectures. Anyways...I'm just ready to get this over with and enjoy life again, get outside and stuff....the only time I've left my apartment is to go to the grocery store a couple times and take the trash out.

I don't think I've studied longer than 3 hours total my entire college career.

I'd never forgive myself if I didn't go all out for this test. This is the one that is a big determinant of what residencies options I will have. Things like plastic surgery, derm, radiology all require very high scores. If you want to be a pediatrician or a family doc any passing score will suffice.

Thanks Bill.

In order to be a physician in the US you have to pass the 3 parts of the USMLE exams. Step 1 comes after the 2nd year of med school. The other two I'm not exactly certain since I'm not there yet; I'll worry about those when the time comes
