Anyone had a problem ordering from DMH?

If I ever have a problem getting ahold of someone like this, I tell them I would like to make a purchase. Seriously, call them up, and say that you would like to make a purchase. 99.9% certain (unless they are reading this post) they will call you back. Then tell them what you need to say.

Nah, I have the dump pipe capped off for the time being, and the harness for the cutout taped and zip tied out of the way. I heard that DMH is the best also, and was really impressed with how the cutout looked...just bummed that mine didn't work, this is the first time that I've heard of somebody having a problem with one right out of the box, but any part can be faulty, especially an electrical part.

Hopefully this will get rectified expeditiously and I can cruise around ranting about how much I love my DMH cutout, but for now I'm just bummed, pissed, and frustrated

That's good advice and I'd do that if anybody would ever pick up the phone...I've probably called about 20 times in the past month and a half, and yesterday was the first time that I didn't get a busy signal

Well I finally got in touch with the guy and I must say, he is a real nice dude. I let him know that the e-cutout was received and signed for by someone at his shop on 4/06/2011, and he didn't appear to be aware of it. Said that it was possible that his wife signed for it and may have put it somewhere in the shop...he's looking for it as we speak and will give me a call when he finds it. So it appears that I'm getting somewhere, and hope to have my cutout back soon

So basically you went from married to divorced and still dont have a working cutout installed yet in that time. I hope the wait was worth it, im sure the wait for the divorce was..
On another note there is a Group buy going on over on tech for cutouts i think im gonna get in on. Great price and if their is a hassle of any kind i can take it up/get some help with the vendor who is doing the GB..

Yea, aint that some ****! Even being divorced, she's still a pain in my *** though!

Good luck with the GB, hope it goes smoothly and easily for you...what brand of cutout is it?

The gent at DMH said that he'd be shipping my cutout today, so hopefully I'll be installing it either this weekend or early next week
