I ordered an H3 clutch kit from them last week and the bastards havent even shipped it yet, but they've already charged my damn card. When i contacted them, my only response was that they would email me the tracking number. Without an estimated time of shipping.

The website says they try and ship within 2-3 days.

Is there any way i can contact my bank and have them cancel the payment or charge them back?
