I've always had great customer service with Justin, glad to hear that this is being taken care of for you. It's always possible for someone to slip through the cracks when you're as busy as Justin is.

I had an issues with a retune taking a few weeks longer than expected a while back. I justed emailed him again to find out what the hold up was. Come to find out its that he is extremely busy and he was having issues with the program that he uses to line up customers. A few days later I got my tune. He is a great/busy guy to deal with. It can just take time.
