I am knocking on 600 bucks out and trying to get my data log tune since late may. Emails are not getting the job done. Jay

He could call me I have provided him with my Number and will give it again, if he wants it. Less than 5 minutes would clear up all the issues, and free up his cable. I dont wish to be inflammatory. So lets let Jenna or Justin answer, or if you have a number send it to me via PM. I only want what I have paid for. No more no less. I do not wish Justin any ill will. I need to complete this project.

I see an email from us to you on July 5th in reference to your OBDII connection problem with this engine swap. We have not heard from you since. Did you send a response since then?

 

never had any issues with Justin or Jenna getting back to me....

 

That July 5 email is in reference to a different car all together. I sent the Datalog for my truck in on April 17. PM inbound

 

Updated info from Justin. Resolution is pending. Things are looking good for a positive outcome. I will update this post. Jay

 

This is not surprising at all. Justin and Jenna ALWAYS go out of their way for their customers. You will never hear anything negative come out of my mouth about them.
