So another fun day gave way to a free race truck.
Went to lunch and one my trailer tires caught itself a large hunk of metal and put a inch hole in the tire. It was flat in a few seconds.
Limped it back to the office slowly. Spare was in my buddys truck so he brought me a jack, electric impact and the spare.
Changed it when i got off work and loaded up the 36" portacool. Then went and picked up my buddy from his work and we headed to his grandparents. Right before the exit we figured out we didnt have a comealong or anything. Went to walmart and grabbed one. Got to their house and his grandpa has the truck fired up so we loaded it on the trailer.
Then it started pouring rain, hydroplaned a few times.
Finally made it home and bout got stuck by the driveway, eaton wasnt wanting to grab both tires with all the weight on the rear driver tire. Finally got it unloaded and in the shop.
Oh the truck was leakin gas bad.
Got the tank out and the patch was hilarious. 6# jbweld, tinfoil, ducttape, and some other epoxy.
Get to weld a patch on it and go riding around. Truck is an 84 with 500K+ miles. Original everything.
Here she is.

See the spare on the rear haha. White wheel.
Oh and i cant let it downshift into 2nd on the interstate in the rain. Hits boost and it goes all over the road.
Picture was with 60# air in the bags. Let it down to 40# and it leveled out.

I'm sure its up there because towing fairly heavy I only lose about 2mpg.
Yea, your prolly in PE more than your not.
My buddy has one these lil toyotas with a 4.8 that i got from cody from a friend. a cam cut for a fuel injected 370ci ls, a carb and the performer carb intake. 3.73s and his goes 13.0s all day long. Carb is too big and stall is too tight so all he can do is roll into the throttle and finally go wide open about 60' out.
So im gonna try my best to get him to do a 4.8 with a isky turbo cam and a small turbo.. should be a wicked mud slinger.
