Impressive they were able to get away with no one seeing them at all, I would guess this dealership isn't close to a busy road at night.

Was thinking the same thing. But like someone mentioned above a box truck, electric impact guns and 5-6 guys could make damn quick work. Setting them back down on the blocks probably just added to how long it took them.

It's impossible that every set was the LTZ wheel from 07-08, the trucks from OP's image showed 2011 and 2012 MY silverados (chrome end caps).

I believe the dealership out here in Rockwall got hit the hardest, and it didn't flood the market, rumor has it they ended up in Miami or Cali. Although, rumors are usually full of bullshit. I never saw massive amounts of OEM wheels for sale in the Dallas CL, so they were at least smart enough not to use that outlet. Shitty that it happened, and even shittier that I was not able to gain from it. I would have loved to get a set for a great price, but not at the expense of a dealership claiming a huge insurance loss.

You would be suprised how much stuff goes missing from trucks on a dealers lot. When I worked at the dodge house here intown we would allways be ordering new spare wheels for the trucks and jeeps. Becuase people would come up and still them at night instead of buying new tires. Even the tailgates off the trucks would get stolen and there use to be a busy nighclub that the cops where always at right behind the dealership.

Yep the dodge house here intown use to sell around 250 new trucks a month and I know that they ordered some where between ten and twenty tailgates a mounth when it would get bad. The most stupid thing I seen them do while I worked over there was they waited till some one stole the spare wheel off a jeep that we had lifted and put 35's on five times before they finally put a wheel lock on it.
