ya, If anyone wouldve seen how we finally got it out, they wouldve laughed.


Basically, the wooden cradle the engine was on, was too big for the engine stand to bolt to the back. So I had to cut that up with a sawzall, then the bumper was in the way, so we took off his bumper, then we couldn't get the truck low enough for the stand to be on the ground to slide it out (dodge dakota with 5 people sitting on the bed trying to lower it ) so basically we bolted that fugger to the stand and pushed it off the back and it bounced that stand pretty good but it held

man... i man handled a 6 speed out of a dodge cummins while my buddy un bolted it for a clutch job but I'm also 6'2" 245 lbs and in pretty good shape.

I don't know man. The 60e tranny is what i call light as i handle them with ease and when i got my 6.0 longblock i got it out of my truck bed and back into it by myself without much trouble. Longblock weighed in at 553lbs i believe.
