Yeah ford only offers the ecoboost in the rclb
I checked at the dealer
and I don't think GM will put in a 6.2L in a rcsb from what Ive been told and read they lost about 550lbs in weight and the 5.3L will get a 10hp bump and thats about it
they need to put the 6.2L in Hell Toyota tundra has a 5.7L, dodge ram has a 5.7L and ford has a beefy 5.0L in the rcsbs they need to do it but most likly they wont

Just to update everyone since we did dig this up... ford does offer the Ecoboost in a RCSB.

I have no faith that GM will offer the 6.2 in their short bed to counter this... but the ford will be a fun truck. Throw a tune at that and it will run 12's easily.

They do now, they didn't when the thread was created though. Props to them for doing it. I wonder what pricing will be for that, I'm too lazy and don't want to go look if it's on the site.
